How much does it cost to ship a treadmill?

How much will I be looking at paying in shipping and handling costs if someone came to my apartment and picked it up and took it to the buyer's location. Say, the otherside of the US.

Treadmill in second floor apartment. How do we make it quieter for the downstairs neighbors?

We were given a treadmill and would love to use it. However, even walking on it, the pounding shakes our entire apartment, not to mention running! I'm sure it's really annoying to the downstairs neighbors. Is there a good way to make it quieter? We were thinking of putting some plywood and rubber matting underneath to spread the impact and absorb some concussion. Any other tips?! Thanks

How to make a treadmill make no noise or vibrations on the second floor?

I have a somewhat cheaper treadmill that runs manually as opposed to by a motor. I live on the second floor of an apartment building and the treadmill makes noise and vibrations that can be felt/heard from the people living below me. Is there any way I can 100% make the sound/vibrations go away? It needs to be pretty much 100% since the people living below me won't be content with even a little bit of sound/vibration.
