How much should i exercise on the treadmill?

I am trying to lose a little stomach fat, so im planning on running on the treadmill 4 times a weeek, and doing some ab exercises. How long/far should i run?

    First you want to start out slow, you don’t want to overdo it on the first try. Run as long as you can go, then slow down but don’t walk. You want to keep your heart rate up. Then when you feel you can run a lil more speed it up again. Try to do a lil more every other day or so. Keep track of how long you ran and how far so you can see the progress your making.
